Associate Professional Development Manager | 1) Understand ECP needs and implement Professional Education strategy of skill enhancement to influence the change in ECP behavior in dispensing Disposable CLs (especially, specialty such as toric and multifocal) 2) Implement the Professional message curriculum in targeted stores by visiting them as per planned 3) Implement professional education courses to suit the needs of opticians and conduct product training sessions 4) Communicate with JJVC global and regional professional teams for the latest contact lens industry information and ACUVUE science update for professional implications in the local market 5) Support to engage with Eye Care Professionals (opticians, ophthalmologists), KOLs, Professional bodies (eg. Korea Optometry Association, Professors of Optometry and Ophthalmology ), Government bodies to drive eye health leadership and myopia management in the market 6) Develop and maintain relationships with the professional community of ECPs 7) Work closely with Johnson & Johnson Institute team (JJI) to facilitate professional training 8) Follow operating guidelines, comply with applicable statutory regulations | 1) Graduate in the master’s degree of Optometry (국내 안경광학과 석사 졸업) 2) 5 years of clinical experience in professional Optometry / Optical practice 3) Outgoing, opening mind, self-motivated, Good communication skills 4) Experience in conducting Professional Education courses will be advantage 5) Good knowledge of Optical / Contact Lens industry, Optician, Optometry and Ophthalmology profession 6) Medical ethics and compliance |
