Senior Consultant - Sustainability Services | ESG & Sustainability Strategy · ESG, Sustainability management framework, and implementation strategy development · ESG disclosure and communication, Brand communication consulting · ESG compliance, risk audit, measure, assessment and management consulting Portfolio ESG Risk Management · ESG Assessment and Due Diligence for assets such as Real Estate, Infra and Data Center etc. · ESG assessment consulting for official certification (GRESB) Climate & Sustainable Finance · Green Climate Fund(GCF) Strategy and Management consulting · ESG financial product development and ESG financial tools (Bond, etc.) certification · ESG integration consulting (Investment and Credits) International Development · ODA related business development, operation and performance measurement consulting in developing· countries · Climate finance, multilateral development related policy and strategy consulting | · 10+ years of proven, relevant experience as ESG and sustainability professional. · Degree in business, finance, economy, environmental science, environmental or civil engineering, or other relevant disciplines; Master’s or PhD. · Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, analyze and synthesize diverse qualitative and quantitative data and information. · Ability to work well with a range of stakeholders, including project-affected parties, government officials, non-governmental organizations as well as project clients. · Proficiency with Hancom and MS office suite. · Excellent verbal and written for both Korean & English language skills are essential. Special considerations will be given the candidate with experience in: · Sustainability related topics including but not limited to globalization, sustainability, ESG rating, sustainable investment, multi-stakeholder partnerships, community involvement, human rights, sustainable supply chain management, climate change, risk assessment, and crisis-management. · GRI, ISO26000, DJSI, and other sustainability performance frameworks. · Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking, able to anticipate trends and translate complex issues into concise and relevant stories. · Excellent written and oral communications skills in both Korean and English. · Should have experience in developing direct reports. |
